With the introduction of TDS for Scotland just round the corner, IPS are launching workshops across Scotland to assist all letting agents and landlords with the transition to new practices.  The workshop is FREE to attend however there are limited places available.

The objective is to answer your questions and offer guidance around independent inventory provision, TDS and how in preparing for TDS and the handling of disputes by utilising a fully indemnified independent service, such as IPS, can actually streamline your operation increasing profitability in the process.

As well as the workshop there will be a limited number of one to one sessions available per region on a first come basis.  Why not have an IPS expert visit with you and answer all of your questions in preparation of TDS.  Now is the time to get ready for the change.

We recognise that to change practice and process can be daunting which is why we are fully committed to supporting the industry in this time by offering all one to one appointments a half price inventory to trial an independent inventory service the way that it should be delivered to protect your interests and comply with TDS.
